Services and Pricing
Acupuncture for nervous system regulation, pain, and mind-body support through life’s transitions.
Sessions that meet you where you are - whether that’s quick focused relief or deeper, ongoing support.
What to expect in each session
Arrive & settle in sessions take place in our Lake San Marcos home office - a quiet, low-key space. No need to prepare anything special; just come as you are.
Check-in We'll talk through how you're doing, what's changed since last time (or, for your first visit, your health history and what brought you in).
Treatment Needles are placed and you'll rest — most people find this part deeply relaxing, even meditative. Many people doze off.
Reflect We'll talk briefly about what came up, what to expect over the next few days, and any next steps.
