This will set the foundation of your 3-week exploration. This includes a 5-elemental assessment, and thorough discussion of your intentions, goals, and any obstacles that may arise moving forward.

Acupuncture only during this first session to support inner balance. We’ll make sure the energy is flowing smoothly in the acupuncture channels. This treatment is done face down, with light needling along the back.

15-minute optional discussion on anything that may have come up for you over the last week. Any improvements? Realizations? Regressions? Or major breakthroughs?

One or two Life 101 question(s) answered in journal to guide the session. Are you answering the question? Or is it your mental chatter?

A short, relevant affirmation will also be given to recite during the session to further guide the experience.

We’ll begin with a relaxing root treatment to balance the energy centers of the body.

Next, we’ll retain hair-thin/painless needles at acupuncture points chosen to address your current presentation.

Finally, while the acupuncture points are doing their magic, we’ll equip you with noise cancelling headphones and play a 30-minute track of auditory brainwave entrainment tones. Don’t worry, you will be in control the entire time.

Directly following the exploration, we’ll have you answer those same Life 101 questions, this time in a more natural state without all that mental chatter. You’ll also have time to jot down anything else that may have come up during the experience.

**5-10 minute daily reflection journaling and 5-10 minutes of daily meditation will be encouraged in between sessions for best results.

The track used for the Inner Alignment Series will be available for you to download to accompany your at-home meditations. We recommend listening to this track with headphones, similarly to your in-person sessions.
