How to use
- Find a quiet place to lie or sit down. 
- Listen to once daily at a comfortable volume with headphones. 
- Sit back, close your eyes, and relax for the next 30 minutes. 
- Can be listened to at anytime during the day, but we recommend either first thing in the morning or in the evening before bed. 
- DO NOT use while driving or operating heavy machinery. 
Tips
- Drink 8 oz of water before and after using. 
- Allow 1-2 minutes after the track ends to reintegrate into your day before getting up. 
- If you find this track to be overstimulating, try listening to every other day, and without headphones. 
- Keep a notepad or journal close by to jot down any aha moments or realizations that may occur during use. 
Do NOT use if you experience 
any of the following:
- Are pregnant 
- Wear a pacemaker 
- Heart rhythm disorder 
- Epilepsy or seizures
